Hybrook Construction & Remodeling emerged from two guys' passion for designing and constructing incredible homes. After working for a high-end builder in the Twin Cities area, Jamie Kurth and Wade Timm decided to launch their own company with the goal of offering the same level of expert craftsmanship to a wider range of clientele. With Hybrook Construction & Remodeling, Jamie, Wade, and their team approach all services and all clients – from basic lower-level renovations to intricate additions – with the same enthusiasm and care.

Jamie Kurth
Jamie grew up in the Twin Cities area, and after high school graduation he decided to spend the summer working for his father, a carpenter. Before long he realized that this summer job was much more than a way to make some money. Like his father, Jamie found an incredible connection with carpentry, and he immediately knew this would become his career. Jamie earned a carpentry degree from Alexandria Technical College and then joined a Twin Cities builder with an excellent reputation for building high-end homes. Just three years into his career, Jamie was promoted to foreman. During his eight years with this company he learned a great deal about custom, detailed craftsmanship, which fueled his desire to launch a company of his own.

Wade Timm
Wade's interest in architectural drafting and design emerged during his high school years in the Twin Cities. He attended Northwestern Technical Institute of Drafting and Design and gained experience outside the classroom by working on a homebuilder's framing crew. After graduating from Northwestern, Wade moved into the position of draftsman, where he saw his creative side emerge. He designed more than 35 custom homes as well as many cabinets, projects he loved. Yet Wade eventually got the urge to "get his hands dirty" again, so he accepted a position with a Twin Cities builder that specializes in high-end homes.

After extensive experience working for one of the best builders in the Twin Cities, Jamie and Wade decided to launch Hybrook Construction & Remodeling. With Hybrook they offer the same incredible attention to detail they learned working on million-dollar homes to a variety of Twin Cities homeowners, regardless of size or cost.
